Lavish Dolls Collection does not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our collections unless the wrong item was sent out on our behalf which is the only exception. All sale prices are FINAL.
Contact us immediately within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org if you received a wrong item. Send us a proof of purchase and picture of proof of wrong item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please allow 24-72 hours for response time.
In regards to our shades collection, a refund or resend can be provided for broken items, if a proof of picture is sent within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please be aware delivery for shades are 12-20 Business Days aside from processing and shipping it out, if it is not in stock in our warehouse. If it is in stock, allow 24-72 hours for processing and 1-3 business days for delivery.
LAVISH DOLLS COLLECTION is not held responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the shipping carrier that was responsible for delivering your item. LAVISH DOLLS COLLECTION does not hold responsibility for packages that state have been delivered or listed as untraceable.

Refunds (if applicable)
In the case that a refund is authorized by our management. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 24-72 hours to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund or exchange of another item will take place.
Exchanges (if applicable)
To request an exchange for a wrong item, ( only applies to our lash collection) as soon as you open the package send a picture of proof to email@example.com alongside the picture, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The time limit to request an exchange is within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please allow 24-72 hours of response time from our team.
It must be in unused condition, otherwise, request/claim will be denied.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a discount code will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
