WHY DID MY ORDER GET CANCELED?

Lavish Dolls Collection is very big on fraudulent activity. Please do not try to perform any acts of fraud on this site because your order will be terminated immediately and will not process. You could potentially have to deal with the law and not be able to make any other purchases after. MAKE SURE YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MATCH. If it does not, it is automatically triggered in our system and will cancel your order and you will have to place another one. If for any specific reason, your billing & shipping address doesn't match, and you would like something sent to another person for gift purposes, email us at sales@lavishdolls.co immediately before placing order, so we are aware and can have that taken care of.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Best Advice: Order IN ADVANCE !

Shipping depends on the product that you are purchasing. For hair(bundles, frontals, closures), allow 24-72 hours for your payment to be processed and shipped out, then domestic delivery will be an additional 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. Delivery to the USA and Canada is very fast from 2-4 BUSINESS days, after processing and handling. Delivery to Europe: allow 3 to 4 BUSINESS days, after processing and handling. Delivery to Africa: allow 4 to 7 BUSINESS days, after processing and handling.

For wigs, allow 5-9 business days to receive your product. 2-3 days to process payment, 2-3 days to receive it, 1-3 days to ship off to you.

For lashes, allow 48 hours for lashes to be shipped out, after processing and handling, 24-48 hours. Priority Mail Shipping with USPS takes an estimated 1-3 BUSINESS days.

For our shades collection, shipping will vary in two aspects. *TIP* Double check with our team by emailing lavishdollcollection@gmail.com or texting us (954) 258-3766 during our online business hours EST to make sure we have it in our Miramar facility, if you do not want to wait for the 12-20 business days delivery time. 

First aspect, shades that are not in stock in our facility in Miramar will still be shipped out. However the shipping time will be longer. Please allow 12-20 BUSINESS DAYS to receive shades. DO NOT EMAIL US regarding shipping time for shades if it is still within the 12-20 business days, that is our policy. If you do not have the patience to wait, please save yourself the stress and do not place an order.

Second aspect, If the shades you order is in our facility, then allow 24-72 hours for shades to be shipped out. After, it will be shipped out with Priority Mail Shipping with USPS and you should receive it between 1-3 Business Days, after processing & handling.

HOW TO SCHEDULE A PICK UP ORDER?

For local dolls (customers), you have the option of receiving the item locally if you are in Broward areas from Miramar up to Davie; Miami Areas from 199th Street down to 125th Street.

Two Options:

1st Option, TEXT (954) 258-3766 and state what item you are requesting, what day and time you want to pick up.

2nd Option, you must place order online. Send a screenshot of order confirmation, forward order confirmation email, or just TEXT (954) 258-3766 or EMAIL sales@lavishdolls.co the Name & Number or Email used on order. Underneath all the vital information, put { I am requesting a pickup/delivery appointment for "the date you want it to be arranged for," "time that you are available."

Please allow 24 hours for a response and appointment acceptance. Management will notify you and let you know if that date and time is available. If not, we will come to a negotiation about the date and time.

If item you are picking up is not in stock in our facility, then please allow us to notify you when the item is available for local pickup.

 

 

HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?

Our bundles are about 3.5 oz which is 100g each. A full sew-in weave with our virgin hair, would need approximately need 2-4 bundles, depending on if your getting a 360 frontal and depending on the inches your getting. For longer textures, such as 26" 28" 30", we recommend 4 bundles, as you know the density diminishes as the length increases. . For a full look, purchase 3 of the same length.  EX: 20", 20", 20". ALWAYS REMEMBER the longer the hair the smaller the weft!

Hair Length?

We DO NOT cheat our dolls of their hair length. All Hair is TRUE TO LENGTH. If you need help with inches, please see our length chart below.

DOES IT SHED?

Treat the hair as it is your own by taking care of it and you will have no problem. We provide extraordinary quality of hair. There is no such thing as hair not shedding especially if you are irritating the weft by continuously pulling at it by brushing and combing your hair excessively. We provide the best of the best. With that being said, our hair has minimal to no shedding. You will not have to worry about hair strands falling out every two seconds.

CAN I COLOR MY HAIR?

This is 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed & is not processed in anyway. You can color the hair, however once Virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.

HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST?

With the proper care and treatment, the hair for a long time. You can definitely wash, REUSE it and make it look brand new. Our dolls commonly restore and reuse the hair for 2-3 years .

ADJUSTMENTS/CHANGES TO ORDER?

LAVISH DOLLS TEAM will try to work with any request prior to the order being shipped off. Anything after shipping can not be changed. Send immediate order request to sales@lavishdolls.co and someone will get back with you in a timely manner.
